Managing Partner

Ronald Lenihan is a Managing Partner and one of the Founders of SeaCrest Wealth Management. Ron oversees the day-to-day operations of the Firm including sales, operations, compliance and client services. With over 30 years in the industry, he has extensive experience in domestic and international capital markets, derivatives, asset management, risk mitigation, business continuity planning and compliance. He was the Global Director of Administration for Morgan Stanley Investment Management and Chief Operating Officer for Morgan Stanley’s operations in South Korea and Germany. Mr. Lenihan served as an advisor to both the Bank of Korea and the German Government on the development of their respective capital markets. He also served as Vice President of the American Chamber of Commerce in South Korea. Mr. Lenihan served on the Greenwich Connecticut Retirement Investment Board. He holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
