Ronald R. Lenihan

Keeping a financial company running well takes more than good ideas, and much of my career has focused on the operational side that turns good strategy into something that holds up day after day. As a Managing Partner and one of SeaCrest's founders, I oversee the day-to-day work across sales, operations, compliance, and client services. My background spans domestic and international capital markets, derivatives, asset management, risk mitigation, business continuity planning, and compliance, built over decades in the industry. Before helping start SeaCrest, I was Global Director of Administration for Morgan Stanley Investment Management and Chief Operating Officer for Morgan Stanley's operations in South Korea and Germany, and I advised both the Bank of Korea and the German government as they developed their capital markets. I also served as Vice President of the American Chamber of Commerce in South Korea and on the Greenwich, Connecticut Retirement Investment Board.
