Background & Experience

Tony Saemai, Senior Vice President & Director of Corporate Retirement Plans, brings over 16 years of experience in advanced wealth management & ERISA plan consulting.

Prior to joining Seacrest, he was a reinvestment partner among one of the United States top ten ranked investment management teams (as ranked by Barron’s Magazine yrs. 2007-2013) based in the Silicon Valley region at Morgan Stanley. In this role he consulted with corporate insiders & executives of Fortune 500 companies such as Google, Chevron, Boeing, Amazon, Microsoft, Visa, & many more large publicly traded companies. Specifically, he helped these groups evaluate their company stock options, restricted stock holdings, 401(k), & develop strategic plans to meet their investment goals while complying with insider 10b5-1 trading rules.

As an Accredited Investment Fiduciary, Tony, and his team oversee hundreds of company retirement plans across the U.S. covering over tens of thousands of employees. He has extensive experience in qualified corporate retirement plan issues and supplemental executive retirement plans, including aligning corporate clients’ with leading industry experts for the designing, drafting and amending plans to comply with operational, legislative and regulatory changes. He has advised companies of various sizes, aiding them in their fiduciary process, educating their participants, advising them on their investment offerings and plan design, as well as acting in the role of impartial consultant to ensure each client maintains the most competitive and favorable plan in place for their valued employees.
